AROMATA 

Started in 2016, Aromata is a skinsy co-fermented blend of Pinot gris and Gewurtztraminer from the Yarra Valley.

Exclusively made for the McConnell group of restaurants including Cumulus Inc, Marion, Cutler and Co, Builders Arms, Supernormal and Meatsmith. With a soft approach to winemaking we have worked together to transform these maligned varieties into a gem.
