Steve Flamsteed and Dave Mackintosh made their first wine together under Salo way back in 2008. It all started with a shared love of Yarra Valley Chardonnay and pushing the boundaries of contemporary winemaking.

Distinctly from the Upper Yarra Valley, Salo Chardonnay’s age amazingly well, have a beautiful balance of fruit and savoury flavours and a remarkable ability to be of top quality every year, no matter what.
