Exclusive to Happy Boy restaurant in Brisbane, we started this collab with Cameron Votan et al in 2018.

We worked together to make a fresh, interesting play on an orange wine that would pair perfectly with the humble, delicious Chinese flavours displayed in Happy Boy’s food offering.

An easy and soft, co-fermented blend of Pinot noir juice and Pinot gris fruit that is slowly developed in old barriques.
